1. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! I ship both original artworks and prints worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary depending on your location. International orders may be subject to customs or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. How is the artwork packaged for shipping?

Original paintings are carefully wrapped in protective layers and shipped in sturdy boxes to ensure they arrive safely. Prints are sent flat in rigid mailers or rolled in tubes (depending on size) to prevent damage during transit.

3. Can I see your work in person before purchasing?

At the moment, I don’t have a permanent gallery space open to the public, but my work is occasionally featured in exhibitions and galleries around Australia. I announce these events via Instagram and my email newsletter—be sure to sign up to stay in the loop!

4. Do you take commissions?

I’m not currently accepting custom commissions. However, new original works are added regularly to my shop, so if you’re after something specific, keep an eye on upcoming releases or reach out if you’d like to be notified of similar work.

5. What sizes are your prints available in?

My fine art prints are available in a range of standard sizes. Each product listing includes the available options. If you need a custom size for framing purposes, feel free to contact me and I’ll do my best to help.

6. Are your prints limited edition?

No, Most of my prints are open edition unless otherwise noted. Occasionally I release limited edition prints of selected artworks—these are clearly marked and will not be restocked once sold out.

7. What medium do you use for your original artworks?

All of my original pieces are painted using acrylic paint or oil paint on either stretched canvas or wood panels. Each artwork is one-of-a-kind, signed on the back, and sealed with a protective varnish.

8. Can I pay in instalments?

Yes! I offer payment plans through Afterpay and other providers at checkout (depending on your location). This allows you to purchase your favourite piece now and pay in smaller, manageable instalments.

9. Do you offer wholesale or consignment?

Yes, I do offer wholesale and consignment options for select galleries, stores, and interior designers. If you're interested in stocking my work, please get in touch here with details about your space and what you're looking for.

10. Do you offer digital downloads of your art?

No, I don’t currently sell digital downloads of my artwork. All pieces are available as either physical originals or printed products.

11. How often do you release new work?

I add new original paintings and collections regularly throughout the year. The best way to stay updated is to join my mailing list or follow me on Instagram @clairbremner.

RETURN POLICY

I appreciate your support for my art and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please note that I do not accept returns based on a change of mind. All purchases of original artwork are considered final. I am confident you will be satisfied with your original artwork, and I am here to address any concerns. Thank you for your understanding.


Shipping/ Delivery Policy

If your artwork arrives damaged due to transit, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. I will then work with you to arrange a return and replacement or store credit.

It's important to note that artworks are shipped via Australia Post or DHL and are only covered for damage during transit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

For large canvas artworks purchased outside of Australia, any artwork exceeding 60cm in length must be disassembled from the timber stretcher bars and shipped rolled up inside a tube. Subsequently, it becomes the customer's responsibility to make arrangements for the stretching and framing of the artwork.

1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days of being placed unless the artwork requires framing; in this case, please allow up to two weeks.

- Standard delivery within Australia takes approximately 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.

- Delivery times may vary for international orders and will be communicated via email once shipping has begun.

3. Shipping Costs: - Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. - Customers can view the shipping costs at the checkout by entering their shipping address before finalizing their purchase.

4. Tracking Orders: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package.
